As such, this drive is designed for men of intermediate and advanced levels, but beginners can do it too , they just use lighter weights . ( Ladies, you can do this workout , of course , except for the movements , you just choose a weight that suits you. )You will need a kettle bell and a Swiss ball to do the movements . The kettle bell, used in the second and third movements , is an effective adjuvant to develop strength by functional body movements. Choose a kettlebell with a weight of 16 kg to 20 kg (35 lb to 45 lb) , beginners should be limited lighter weight , between 5 kg and 15 kg (11 lb to 33 lb) . Kettle bell exercises with generally exert tension on several joints and stimulate several muscles at once because of the mechanical movements . Your kettle bell should be heavy enough to require an effort to go after the required number of movements. An exercise ball used in the fourth movement, represents an additional challenge for your trunk and stability of your joints.The sequence of four exercises should be performed with a focus on the accuracy of movements and minimum rest time between each exercise . One of the mistakes fitness of some men to believe it takes a lot of time. This session requires only 35 minutes , including warm-up jogging for five minutes and five minutes of cool-down and stretching. It is fast and efficient . Once it is completed , you will feel invigorated , energized and ready for the day . Once you have completed four years , repeat from the beginning for a second series . As your fitness improves , aim to go to three sets at the same time
